When launching the chromium web browser, hardware acceleration does not work, which degrades the performance of the browser a lot.

The chromium flatpak and the fedora firefox package work with hardware acceleration just fine.

I use an AMD RX Vega 56 graphics card with the mesa drivers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the chromium web browser
2.Type chrome://gpu in the url bar and press enter
Actual Results:  
Hardware acceleration does not work at all.

Expected Results:  
Hardware acceleration should work.
