Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a terminal window
2.Try to install rocm-opencl with dnf: sudo dnf install rocm-opencl -y
Actual Results:  
rocm-opencl cannot be installed, because rocm-comgr is not available in the required version.

Expected Results:  
rocm-opencl should be installable without issues.

Here is the terminal output when trying to install rocm-opencl:
