Build Identifier:

There's a version mismatch in dependencies between rocm-opencl and rocm-comgr.

Package rocm-opencl (5.4.3-1.fc38) depends on "comgr(rocm) = 5.4".

Package rocm-comgr (16.0-1.fc38) provides "comgr(rocm) = 16"

Installation therefore fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install rocm-opencl

Actual Results:
Last metadata expiration check: 0:13:41 ago on Wed Apr 19 11:59:35 2023.
Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides comgr(rocm) = 5.4 needed by rocm-opencl-5.4.3-1.fc38.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

Expected Results:
Installed package rocm-opencl
