Before this update, 'tripleo container image prepare' operation failed as ceph container tags is incorrectly passed in container_image_prepare_defaults.yaml
After this update with correct ceph container tags, 'tripleo container image prepare' operation is successful.

He got it working by doing the replacement suggested in comment #0. Otherwise it fails with:
