Description of problem:

HD not found without adding 'acpi-force irqpoll' to boot paramtaers.  Present on
both i386 and x86_64.  In addition dmesg reports constant errors as follows:

irq 16, desc: c06e7600, depth: 1, count: 0, unhandled: 0
->handle_irq():  c044dd4e, handle_bad_irq+0x0/0x1f2
->chip(): c0680da0, 0xc0680da0
->action(): 00000000
  IRQ_DISABLED set
   IRQ_PENDING set
unexpected IRQ trap at vector 10

since no information has been lodged for over 30 days.
