Description: A fedora distribution of upstream project https://github.com/nlohmann/json. This is a headers-only C++ implementation of JSON which relies on C++ templates, and supports C++ 11 and 17. There are no binaries; consequently, there is only a single -devel.noarch rpm and a source rpm. The latest upstream release (3.11.2 as of this request) is built without patches. Licence is MIT. This package has already been built as a part of RHEL8 and RHEL9 as a dependency to opentelemetry-cpp (to be reviewed for Fedora release separately and also built in RHEL8 and RHEL9) which in turn is an optional dependency to qpid-proton from 0.38. Note: The current Fedora builds of qpid-proton 0.38 do not use these dependencies at present and therefore do not support opentelemetry. This package and opentelemetry-cpp together will allow this support in qpid-proton in Fedora.

opentelemetry-cpp review (which depends on this package): https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2188412

Comment 3 Kim van der Riet 2023-04-20 15:59:52 UTC
There is an existing review request for a earlier release of opentlemetry-cpp(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2119830), this request should probably replace it.

Sorry, this comment was intended for the opentelemetry-cpp review. Please ignore.

nlohmann-json is already available in Fedora, in the "json" package: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/json
