Move the SSH section from being collapsed under the “Advanced” section in the “VirtualMachine details” section, so users can easily track it.

Hi Guohua, 

what is the reason of the fact that Target Release of this suggested improvement is set to 4.13.1?
I am not aware of being it implemented in 4.14. Don't we want to implement it to 4.14 first,
and then eventually to backport it to 4.13 if needed? I don't see any reason of having this change only in 4.13.

Set the target release to 4.14
