I see that you built this for all branches by submitting buildroot overrides for the bindgen update ... In the future, please *don't* do that. Buildroot overrides should only be used if there's no other option (such as, in this case, waiting for a few days with the f37-f39 updates), since they're very disruptive. And submitting overrides for other people's updates without asking them is also not a good idea. If you'd asked me, I could have told you that you needed to submit the override for *all builds that are contained in the update*, not only one. Right now everything that depends on bindgen is failing to build in f37-f39.
Okay, sorry, the override was the only way I had run Koji builds with something in updates-testing before. I was trying to get this update done so you didn't have to make a PR for it since your mail said to update ASAP. I'll just wait until it's stable next time.
