The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
1. Generated script in "Hosts > Register Host" executes next command to get the host UUID:
UUID=$(subscription-manager identity | head -1 | awk '{print $3}')
2. This command doesn't take into account different "subscription-manager identity" locales output:
- English: system identity: 6c97d8ae-8437-4ca0-80b3-dec90d459b4b
- German: Systemidentität: 6c97d8ae-8437-4ca0-80b3-dec90d459b4b
3. So "awk '{print $3}'" doesn't work as expected.
4. This script is generated in /usr/share/foreman/app/views/unattended/provisioning_templates/registration/global_registration.erb
5. My suggestion would be to replace awk command with "awk '{print $NF}'"

Thanks for your answer Leos. I saw it on Satellite 6.11 and I also checked the last upstream code. But I didn't notice that the fix was introduced on 6.13 (export LC_ALL=C LANG=C do the magic) because I just looked for the failing "awk" command. Probably this bug can be closed.
