I cannot reproduce your backtrace. Do you use X11 applications? I'd suggest to use GTK or Qt applications. The Emacs instance was open on an inactive desktop, while on anothor desktop I was actively using Firefox, also installed from official repositories. Firefox is a GTK application last time I checked. The official Gnome Video player was also open with a paused video clip loaded. The Gnone Video player surely also is a GTK application. And with much restraint, let me say this - I posted this crash report to help the project along, not to get app recomendations.

The Emacs instance And then your configuration is not good. You could try im-chooser or export GTK_IM_MODULE=ibus environment variable. using ibus-x11 is not recommended for GTK applications.
I was running each and every application on default setting without overriding any such low level settings. If this configuration is not good, than it's a bug in Fedora, cause it's not "my configuration".
Fedora workstation default is GNOME Wayland and IBus is available when the user sources include IBus input sources.
Sorry, I don't know how to make it any clearer. This error was triggered by Emacs installed via dnf from system repository. It wasn't triggered by anything compiled by me from source. I don't get how Fedora-provided application crashing is a 'me' problem. Let's maybe end this discussion though as it does not seem to be leading anywhere productive.
