This patch needs to be included in tempest-plugin

It is available in master but for 17/17.1 since its based on wallaby I think we are running it against 0.2.0 tag [1]

The issue was about a set of failures when running glance_tempest_plugin.tests.rbac.v2.test_project_reader_tests

The issue has now been fixed and the following tests pass:
