Hi

Weechat seems to have fallen quite behind now, the current repo version is version 3.6 from Jul 2022, current version is 3.8 from Jan 2023

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install weechat
2. Notice that version 3.6 is installed (older version from Jul 2022)
3.
Actual Results:  
Weechat 3.6 was installed

Expected Results:  
I wish the current version of weechat be installed, version 3.8 from Jan 2023

It seems weechat has been patched a couple of times but no actual version update, I would like to request it be updated, many thanks
