Description Giuseppe Paterno 2006-12-13 14:11:11 UTC
Description of problem:
ESC require a Token Processing System in order to format & load the coolkey java
applet into a blank smartcard. ESC should be able to format & load the coolkey
applet without a TPS to give the end user a choice: customer or end user might
use a CA different than the RH CertSystem or generate the keys eg. through Firefox.

This is somehow related to bug 206804.
