CEPH version:- ceph version 17.2.6-26.el9cp (ef7b8da24916178ade693b2fd0de13b917f53865) quincy (stable)
ACM version:- 2.8.0-149
SUBMARINER version:- v0.15.0
VOLSYNC version:- volsync-product.v0.7.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy RDR cluster
2.Create subscription workload from acm application page
3.Naviage to data service to apply drplicy
4.select subscription workload which will be empty


Actual results:
subscription workload are not listed in apply drpolicy page for subscription
