These fixes resolve a problem where os-brick logs don't appear in Nova when debug logging is enabled. We will want these in 17.1 for debugging customer issues. https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/os-brick/+/871835 https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/oslo.privsep/+/784098
Added some suggested doc text. Not sure it's really necessary because what this fix does is make things work the way you'd expect without you having to do anything. That being said, without this fix you had to apply a workaround that was kind of dangerous and could easily flood the logs if left in place too long, so maybe it's good to tell an operator who used that workaround in the past that it's not required any more? Or maybe it's less confusing to simply not say anything.
Verified on python3-os-brick-4.3.4-1.20230519133330.cf69f92.el9ost.noarch os-brick logs can be controlled separately now and are available in nova log when debug is enabled. Moving to 'Verified'.
