Description of problem: When Virtualization Overview page is open The number of VMs in utility card is not updated (unlike VMs per Template card)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Virtualization Overview page
2. Create some VMs via CLI
3.

Actual results: The number of VMs in utility card does not change


Expected results: The number of VMs in utility card increases
