Description of problem: Start Celestia. Choose the Help menu. Choose Controls (or press Ctrl-H). A window is displayed reading "Mouse and Keyboard Controls" at the top. The contents of window are: "Unable to open file 'controls.txt', probably due to improper installation !" Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): celestia-gtk-1.7.0~20230305ebfcdb1-4.fc38 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start celestia. 2. Choose the Help menu. 3. Choose Controls. Actual results: A window saying that controls.txt is not installed properly. Expected results: A window showing the program controls. Additional info:
