The version is outdated. The Rawhide contains version 1.1.1, while the upstream version is 2.0.0, 3 years newer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at the upstream version https://pypi.org/project/email-validator/#history
2. Compare to the Fedora version https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-email-validator 



Expected Results:  
Slightly more up-to-date version of the python-email-validator

Please review https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-email-validator/pull-request/1. It is blocking FastAPI 0.100.0. I will merge and build it in Rawhide using my python-packagers-sig membership if there is no response in one more week (2023-07-19). Thanks!
