The version is outdated. The Rawhide contains version 1.1.1, while the upstream version is 2.0.0, 3 years newer. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Compare to the Fedora version https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-email-validator Expected Results: Slightly more up-to-date version of the python-email-validator
