Description of problem:

Customer has instance HA configured and had problems with neutron server: it was too slow. As a result, series of evacuation calls broken two VMs (there is a bug #2207603 for another one). I need help with one of them from storage: one of volumes has only reserved attachment because valid one was lost and I need to restore attachment to consistent state and move this VM to another. 

What should we do in this situation, use nova-manage?

I will provide more data privately.
