Description of problem:
On the RHCS 6.1 Ceph Dashboard, the Grafana time picker, refresh button and information button are misaligned.

ceph version 17.2.6-59.el9cp (8c2e90b87b8e2475a89f6d4dea9d999b4e068c9c) quincy (stable)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a RHCS 6.1 cluster with Dashboard enabled
2. Set the grafana image to registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/grafana:6-74
   # ceph orch ps --daemon-type=grafana

Actual results:
Grafana time picker, refresh button and information button are not aligned properly

Grafana time picker, refresh button and information button should be properly placed.
