Doc Text:
.`profile rbd-read-only` OSD capability allows opening an image in read-only mode Previously, due to an implementation defect, the `profile rbd-read-only` OSD capability would disallow opening an image even in read-only mode. Due to this, a bogus "Operation not permitted" error was returned for images in custom namespaces, although images in a default namespace were not affected. With this fix, the implementation defect is fixed and the `profile rbd-read-only` OSD capability allows opening an image in read-only mode regardless of the images in the namespaces.
