The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

For supporting the enablement of the new MANA Infiniband driver under BZ 2188737, we need to add support to the rdma-core userspace package.

In the email, Microsoft wishes to backport the MANA IB patches to z-streams because most partners are on older RHEL releases. Could you please help to check if we can backport it to 9.0.z and 9.2.z? Thanks!
