Description of problem:
kdevelop 22.04.3 has been built with clang 14.0.x, on RHEL 8.8 clang has been updated to 15.0.x

Please rebuild kdevelop with new clang version

How reproducible:

Every time.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use RHEL 8.7, try to update to RHEL 8.8
2. dnf update
