Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

ODF Topology details of Deployment does not have header when opening a sidebar though Topology details of Node does have. See attachment comparing two views.

OCP  4.13.0-0.nightly-2023-05-20-014943
ODF ocs-operator.v4.13.0-203.stable

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy cluster with ODF 4.13 and login to management console
2. Navigate to Storage / Data Foundation / Topology
3. Select any Node and navigate to it, Click on any Deployment and click on Details tab in a right sidebar


Actual results:
Header of the Deployment should be visible

Expected results:
Header of the Deployment is not visible
