Description of problem:

 Currently EPEL 9 repository doesn't include the python-astropy package. It would be very useful if that package is included in the EPEL 9 repository.

Current rawhide version cannot be built on epel9. It fails to install dependencies:

No matching package to install: 'python3dist(pandas)'
No matching package to install: 'python3dist(pyerfa)'
No matching package to install: 'python3dist(pytest-astropy)'
No matching package to install: 'python3dist(pytest-mpl)'
No matching package to install: 'python3dist(pytest-remotedata)'
No matching package to install: 'python3dist(scikit-image)'
No matching package to install: 'wcslib-devel >= 7.12'

So it would require a lot of dependencies enabled to build epel9 package. Each missing dependency for EPEL9 needs separate bug, ideally blocking this one.

I have created bugs and added them as blocking to this bug, but there are indeed more to come, since the initial set of dependencies have many others on their own.
