Before this update, a bug in the library `pyroute2` caused environments that used RHOSP dynamic routing to fail to advertise new routes and to lose connectivity with new or migrated instances, new load balancers, and so on. In RHOSP 17.1 GA, the IPRoute module for `pyroute2` is used instead of the `pyroute2` NDB module.
