I was running boom/lvm2 regression test cases and noticed these errors while a lvm raid volume with integrity was present.

Hi,
I have a few questions: why are you running grub2-mkconfig? What are you updating / changing that you cannot do with grubby?

I agree that the error messages are concerning, but I'm curious whether you are achieving the desired result? Are you getting the new options into the grub config, system is booting, etc.?
