The QSslSocket class was added in Qt 4.3. qtls_schannel.cpp is even more recent and Windows-specific. Hence, Qt versions prior to 4.3.0, and in particular Qt 3, are not vulnerable.
(Qt 3 did not implement SSL/TLS at all. If you wanted it, you had to use something like KSSL from kdelibs, a completely different (and now deprecated) implementation.)
