Subsection =>  Creating the base configuration for director Operator for STF
Procedure #1  ( See attached image )

Documentation states:

"1. Login to your Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment and change to the project that hosts your Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) deployment"


Expected documentation similar to:

"1. Login to your Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment where you will be deploying the OSP control plane. Change to the project that will host your Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP environment)"

Third instance:

Deploying the overcloud for director Operator
Deploy or update the overcloud with the required environment files so that data is collected and transmitted to Service Telemetry Framework (STF).

Procedure
Login to your Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment and change to the project that hosts your Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) deployment.
