We've rebuilt the Compose here: https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/storage/ceph/testing/IBM-CEPH-5.3-20230614.ci.0/

It includes the correct cephadm-ansible version (1.15.0-1

We shipped 5.3z3 for IBM last week.
