Description of problem:
In Satellite's WebUI the upstream name `Smart Proxies` is shown instead of the downstream name `Capsules` in the left side menu.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. In WebUI display the Infrastructure menu.


Actual results:
'Smart Proxies' is displayed


Expected results:
'Capsules' should be displayed
