Description of problem:

Same thing again as BZ2065014. Can the section be kept up to date? If not, better hide it.

The "Getting started resources" in the console, under Virtualization -> Overview contain old links to material related to version 4.10. Thats a 3 release gap now.

We should have more up to date links there, with new 4.13 features.
