The developers of Emacs has been creating workarounds in the past. But now it failed again in metacity 2.16. They are about to give up on this. Could you look at this issue? This issue really needs to be resolved upstream. There is no way I am adding a patch downstream to work around this issue. Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ and either CC "sandmann.dk", or post the bug number here.
