Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
Unable to provision and access obc. Below are the issues:

- Getting below error from noobaa CR and noobaa-oeprator
'cannot read admin account info, error: not anonymous method read_account'

- noobaa-endpoint deployment is missing

- Default Backingstore and Bucketclass is not created properly

- noobaa-admin secret is missing access and secret keys

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
ODF 4.11.6

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
Yes, not able to provision new obc as Noobaa installation does not finish.

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?
No

Actual results:
Getting error 'cannot read admin account info, error: not anonymous method read_account' from Noobaa CR

Expected results:
Noobaa CR and default backingstore and bucketclass are expected to be in Ready state, and obc is expected to be provisioned

Any updates? The issue is impacting creation of new obc's. This will delay business schedules of customer.
