The tox projects apparently like to use super aggressive version pins. We should probably add something similar to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-tox/blob/6e1c15c976b3cf94386cef3e2e9f9398f605661b/f/python-tox.spec#_106-111 to python-pyproject-api. In any case, it shouldn't be too difficult to update these dependencies.

I agree with you but because I know that the updates of pytest and wheel are ready to be shipped and setuptools will be done soon as well, there is no need to do it now.
