Description of problem:
The kubevirt-plugin is failing on recent 4.14 deployment

4.14

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a new 4.14 cluster (CNV-v4.14.0.rhel9-894)


Actual results:
kubevirt-plugin failed and the virtalization tab in the ui is missing.

Expected results:
everything working fine.

Verified against CNV-v4.14.0.rhel9-1052 virtualization tab in the ui is now present.
