Before this update, Google Chrome did not display the list of load members correctly, which prevented members from using the dashboard to add members to a load balancer. With this update, Google Chrome displays the list of load balancer members.

Description of problem:
Chrome 114 breaks the Pool members form in octavia-dashboard

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
All release

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy OSP
2. use chrome >114
3. click on "Create a Load Balancer" -> "Pool members" -> "Add external members"
4. some input boxes, such as Port and Weight are not displayed correctly.
