Description of problem:

Search field in Administer > Settings suggestion dropdown shows: "Error: Request failed with status code 500" (screenshot attached)

Satellite 6.14 snap 5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Administer > Settings in the UI
2. type anything into the search field

Expected results:
No error

Additional info:
The problem seems to be just with the suggester, confirming the search yields results as expected. Other search fields around the UI seem unaffected
