RPMFusion prematurely updated mesa-freeworld to 23.1.3 for F38+ so currently users with RPMFusion enabled cannot install or update mesa with the, now deemed "non-free", video decoders. We're now at a few weeks of this out-of-sync status. Does anyone need assistance in pushing a 23.1.3 update in Fedora?
