It seems ucs-miscfixed-opentype-fonts both conflicts with and obsoletes ucs-miscfixed-fonts,
hence it is not possible to install ucs-miscfixed-fonts anymore with dnf.

Sorry this was user error: I was actually asked dnf to install both with wildcard.
