The fix is available from sqlite 3.43.0. Fedora rawhide contains the fixed version. The fix will not be delivered to stable versions of Fedora, as this CVE has low severity and upstream even does not think it is CVE at all (as it is affecting the CLI only - not the sqlite lib)
