If i remove vlan trunk from config:

However, even when it works, i do not see qos configured on vfs

min_qos not working either in any scenario (with or without vlan trunk)
If i try to configure min_qos in vxlan i get this error

With vlan i am able to configure, but it is not working. I have 3 vms in the same compute (2 for sending traffic and 1 for receive) and configure this in the port of 1 compute of the senders

i get this stats from iperf:

port 5102: [ 5] 0.00-51.92 sec 78.3 GBytes 13.0 Gbits/sec receiver
I had configured 15 mpps in one of the ports

Description of problem: Max QOS not working if the port in which max qos is configured is used for vlan trunk. Scenario used is HWOFFLOAD Connect X5 nics and ML2-OVS.
