Description of problem:

ssp failed to reconcile when featuregate deployTektonTaskResources is set to true

ssp failed to reconcile with  Error: namespaces "kubevirt-os-images" not found
Also, no alerts are generated at this point of time which is again a big problem. Users should be aware about any such changes/reconcile

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install pipelines
2.enable fg in hco
3.

Actual results:
ssp should reconcile didn't happen and no alerts are seen on the cluster due to reconcile issues

Expected results:
ssp should reconcile without any issue

Deployed version : v4.14.0.rhel9-1168	

Test passed and we see SSP reconcile without issues.
