Aspell has been deprecated since Fedora 39.
Please consider removing dependency on aspell, or porting it to the variants like hunspell or enchant/enchant2.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.

This was fixed some time ago, due to a failure to install. Now it uses hunspell.
