XCA enables the creation and management of X.509 certificates, certificate requests, RSA, DSA and EC private keys, Smartcards and CRLs. It is a tool that can be used to operate a certificate authority. XCA 2 is available for Fedora 38 but has not been branched for EPEL8. (Note that XCA 1 is available for EPEL7, but that version is very ancient at this point.)
