Description of problem:
There is a checkbox with a label. When I try to click the label to check/uncheck the box, it does not do anything.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP 4.13

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM from a template
2. Click on the label "Start this VirtualMachine after creation"

Actual results:
It shows the hand cursor, but does not do anything.


Expected results:
I want the label to control the checkbox. It is much easier to aim for the text.

Note that this bug is reproducible also OCP version 4.14.
