The Perl 5.38 rebuild of perl-Tk failed due to multiple test failures on s390x (only).

We might have some chance to get more data with the composes before the perl 5.38 introduction into f39 on July 13th ... It might show if it's the new perl or something else introduced earlier. Last successful perl-Tk-804.036-9.eln127 was from June 27th.

The tests are passing the in the Fedora-Rawhide-20230712.n.0 buildroot, so it's likely the perl 5.38 (added on 07/13) what makes the difference. But the build/compilation produces tons of warnings and any/some of them might be real issues ...

Seems it's really the perl 5.38 update, because after installing it into the 20230712 buildroot, the tests started to fail. I haven't compared  the build logs for new warnings though.
