Description David Kramer 2007-01-11 17:31:57 UTC
Description of problem:

This has put my POC on hold at my customer's site. Customer is Seagate. Please
contact me on my cell phone if you need anything to move forward faster,
650.302.7889. Thx. DK

I am attempting to perform a kickstart install on a client machine off a
Satellie demo. The kickstart file is detected and we get past the network
connections as you can see DHCP packets coming from the client machine to the
Satellite server. This is a pretty basic kickstart profile. The hardware is:

IBM x346; Machine Type - Model # 8840-25U

How reproducible:

It happens every single time :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a basic kickstart profile in Satellite @base and @web server packages only
2. run command linux ks=http://sat.rhdemo.com/kickstart/ks/label/<your profile>
3. It errors EVERY time.....

Actual results:

See attached Error dump when the server attempts to do a Kcikstart

Expected results:

A cleanly installed machine with a web server.
