Description of problem:
The o1 series (overcommit) VirtualMachineClusterInstancetype we deploy are missing cpy/memory labels:
instancetype.kubevirt.io/cpu
instancetype.kubevirt.io/memory

those labels help in getting a list of optional resources which we can chose from.

4.14

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. oc get VirtualMachineClusterInstancetype o1.large -o json | jq .metadata.labels

Verified on ssp-operator v4.14.0-90
