Description of problem:
The recommendation from the ceph csi team is to use CSI clones
for pvc-pvc cloning:

Actual results:
CDI smart clone via snapshot used

Expected results:
target PVC dataSource/dataSourceRef indicate CSI clone was used
(points to the source PVC)
