Description Alex Kalenyuk 2023-07-18 10:15:18 UTC
Description of problem:
The recommendation from the ceph csi team is to use CSI clones
for pvc-pvc cloning:
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-28254?focusedId=22318987&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-22318987

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run pvc->pvc clone
2.
3.

Actual results:
CDI smart clone via snapshot used

Expected results:
target PVC dataSource/dataSourceRef indicate CSI clone was used
(points to the source PVC)
